Kanapy is a trade name of Nectur AI LLC, a Kansas limited liability company ("Kanapy", "we", "us"). These terms cover our website and the Kanapy app. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. If you use Kanapy for a company, you agree for that company too. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Your content
You own the photos, notes, files and other content you add to Kanapy. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run Kanapy for you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for having the right to upload it.
Using Kanapy fairly
Don't misuse Kanapy. That means no breaking the law, no uploading harmful code, no trying to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, and no copying or reselling the service.
AI-drafted content
Kanapy uses AI to help draft reports, notes and answers. Drafts can contain mistakes. Review anything Kanapy writes before you rely on it or send it to someone.
Beta and changes
Kanapy is in beta. Features, names and timing may change, and we may add, change or remove features. Sample projects, photos and quotes on this website are illustrations, not records of real losses.
Fees
If you use a paid plan, the price and payment terms are set out when you sign up or in your agreement with us.
Ending your use
You can stop using Kanapy at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Ask us before you leave and we'll help you export your content.
Disclaimers
Kanapy is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it will be error-free or always available.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kanapy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.
Your organization's agreement
If your organization has a signed agreement with Kanapy, that agreement wins wherever it differs from these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email.
